Why Belgium is a separate document question
Public searches show a practical pattern: owners ask about Belgium pet travel, Brussels airport, rabies titre, documents from Ukraine and whether a veterinary passport is enough for a dog or cat.
Belgium is an EU country, but document control may depend on more than the final Belgian address. If the route goes through Poland, Germany, France, the Netherlands or another country, the first check can happen before Belgium. Write the route before paying for tickets or a carrier.
