vetdocs.help Guide

Editorial policy

How we verify, publish and update information about veterinary documents and international pet travel.

01

Accuracy first

We separate general travel rules from case-specific advice. Each guide states the route, movement category and date on which its rules were checked.

02

Source hierarchy

We prioritise the destination authority, then the European Commission, Ukraine’s State Service, official airline or railway-operator conditions and designated laboratories. Source links accompany the guide.

03

Updates

Rules are rechecked before a material article update. The page and metadata show the latest review date. We correct outdated wording without changing a stable URL.

04

Service boundaries

vetdocs.help provides phone consultations, reviews veterinary records and supports document preparation. Official certificates are issued or endorsed by authorised veterinarians and competent authorities. We do not guarantee a border decision.

05

Corrections

If you find an inaccuracy or a new official requirement, contact the team by phone. We will verify the primary source and update the guide and review date.
